Disposal Bin Rental Service
We at True to Form are happy to announce the beginning of a Disposal Bin Rental Service. We will be renting 4, 10, and 14 yard Disposal Bins to homeowners, contractors, and do-it-yourselfers. Our bin rental service is fully insured and licensed by the Ministry of the Environment. We use biodiesel in our truck as an additional effort to reduce harmful emissions.

Drop 4 yard (ideal for a bathroom renovation, small jobs, also concrete, brick, and/or rubble)
=$150 plus tonnage for waste or Flat Fee $200 for concrete, brick, and/or rubble
Drop 10 yard=$160 plus tonnage
Drop 14 yard=$175 plus tonnage
Tonnage or weight is determined by Transfer Stations around the GTA.
The going rate is $95.00 per ton or 2000lbs.
A Typical Deposit would be $300.00 payable by cash, debit, VISA or MasterCard.
Terms and Conditions
1. Customer will accept full responsibility for contents of box and any damage to their driveway, lawn, etc.,which results from the delivery and/or pickup of a box from an agreed upon area by True to Form Renovation Inc. regardless of weather conditions. Please note the driver will take every precaution to protect the property from
damage (i.e. boards placed under the bin).
2. Do Not Overload the top of the box, items must be level with the top- an extra charge of $100 will be applied and/or the box may not be hauled away for safety reasons.
3. Customer using credit card agrees to pay any balance or charges owing by way of credit card number left or agrees to the terms upon receipt of an invoice. Customers using cash or cheque agree to pay any balance or charges owing upon receipt of an invoice.
4. The customer shall indemnify and save harmless True to Form Renovation Inc. for any loss, liability, claim, action, damage, or harm suffered from the negligence and misuse of the rental bin for the duration of this agreement.
5. Flat rate pricing includes the disposal of 2.5 tons, additional weight will be billed at $95.00 per ton(2000lbs.)
6. A late payment charge of 2% per month will be applied to unpaid balances.
7. A $50.00 charge will be applied to any returned cheques.
